Welcome
to the website of the Taf Running and Orienteering Team (TROTs),
based in St Clears. The club competes in road, multi-terrain and
cross country races across West Wales, the UK and around the world.
Since forming in the late 1980s, the TROTs membership has grown
and now includes more than 70 regular runners from under 16
to over 60! Club members are now more focused on road running,
cross country and fell running than orienteering. However, orienteers
in West Wales are welcome to boost their fitness by training
with the TROTs. And you can discover more aboutorienteering
organisations and clubs via our links page.

The club meets every Thursday night at 7.00 p.m. in the Leisure
Centre in St Clears, with runners coming from South Pembrokeshire
Carmarthenshire and Ceridigion. We welcome new
members, and full details of how to join
the club are available
on our membership page.
We have particularly strong veterans and ladies teams, including
Welsh internationals and champions at distances from 5k to the
Marathon. However, the club includes runners of all abilities,
so there is always someone to train with at a speed and distance
to suit you :-)

On the site, you will find an events diary
and results of recent races, as well
as news and links
to local running clubs and other relevant websites.
