The TROTs men finished 7th in Division 2 on the day with 444 pts, and finish the season mid-table in 6th place with 3499 pts. An excellent performance in a very competitive division featuring some big clubs.
Fast times and big point scores from Adam Roberts (top 20 in the U23s), Paul Hayes (4th F50 for the season, and one of the top 10 M40s) and Kevin Griffiths, were crucial to the team's strong showing in the league. While Ron Anthony, team manager Ian Morris, Cyril Walters, Martin Davies, Huw Jones, Jon Hancock, Roger Coombs and Les Watson also all contributed valuable points in earlier fixtures.

TROTs ladies finished 1st on the day with 528 pts. They top the Leauge for the second year in a row with 3047 pts. Another oustanding individual and team effort! Congratulations to all.
In the U23/Senior section, Caryl Jones repeatedly finished among the top places despite not being 100% fit, securing vital points for the team, as did Megan Thomas. Ann Thomas was top F35 for the season, with Mel Watson 2nd F35 (finishing the season as an F45). Mary Bowen-Rees was 1st F45, and Caroline Jones 2nd F45. In the F35 category, Kirsty Murray also had an outstanding season and finished just outside the top 10 female vets off only 4 races. Lindy Eynon was 7th F45 (off 4 races). Helen Williams was 5th F45, after a series of consistently high finishes, and Ann Rowell was 18th - demonstrating the tremendous strength in depth of the ladies team. The legendry Pauline Thomas took the F65 gold off 4 races.
